I have now used Maxrock sleeping headphones for many years and have gone through many pairs.
Pros:
1. Comfortable when sleeping.
2. Noticeably blocks outside noise to aid sleep.
3. Sound quality is better than the headband-style flat speakers.
4. With headband headphones you might feel itchy or get acne, and you have to wash them routinely.
5. Doesn’t run out of batteries.

I’ve owned several sets of these earbuds for years. They’re the only ones I can sleep with and they actually block out my husband’s snoring. These have literally saved my sanity on camping trips when we are in closer quarters as I can’t sleep thru his snoring! Just wish the USB C style came in more colors!
